Locational/Enviromental Portraiture

For my portraiture assignment, I had origionally planned to do a shoot like 'Karsten Thormaehlen' who did a series called 'Happy At One Hundred' but I had been unable to find anybody willing to have their photo's taken for this assignment. So I decided to do a shoot on 'Family Portraits' here is my first and second test shoots..

 These first two images are of my grandad who most of the time is at home because he is unable to get out now days. The reason for this is because he has to go to hospital every other day. I decided to take pictures of him because I changed my idea to do 'family portraits' instead of my original idea.

All of these images are test shoots at the moment and have not been edited.
