Locational Portraiture Assignment

For my Locational Portraiture Assignment I have decided to use a simular idea I had for my 'Extreme' shoot about mothers. For this, I decided to look at some poems about 'mothers' to try and get ideas for my shoots. When I researched into poems, I found poems such as;
 What is a Mother?A Mother has so many things to do,
From washing, ironing, cleaning to tying a shoe.
She scrubs, she mends, she cooks and sews,
She bathes the children and washes their clothes.
When they forget to wash their faces clean,
And their clothes are the muddiest you've ever seen,
Who repairs the clothes and scrubs them like new?
Of course, that is what a Mother will do.

I have used this image to give you an idea of what I mean to do for my portraiture. From the poem, looking at this image you can see how much a mother does and how much love she still had for her child.

New Assignments!

Last week was a busy week for my hand in's of the first four assignments. They were Food, Architecture, Street and Analogue. I managed to get them all in on time and they were all complete. It was so reliving to know I had done all this to date.
This week, so far I have had four more assignments. This time, we have something so much more challenging than last terms, the best thing is that this time they are so much more creative. This term, we have Fashion Photography, Portraiture, Extreme Photography and Text and Image Photography.
